| VISA CONDITIONS The following stages apply to an Umrah visa application: 1. All passport details of the customer is collated on a database 2. This is submitted to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs electronically 3. An insurance payment is made for each person on that database 4. The Ministry then registers all the details and for each person on the database gives a unique reference number called a MOFA 5. Once we receive the MOFA, we log on to the relevant website and insert this number and upload a photo for the person on that application 6. Once the photo is accepted an electronic visa number or E Number is given 7. On the next Monday or Tuesday we submit the passport, with the visa application form and a print out of the E Number to the embassy 8. Depending on how busy they are the passports are returned within the Friday of that week, or the next week Regardless whether the visa is granted or rejected, you the customer accept liability for payment of £50 for each visa application The following stages apply to a Hajj visa application: 1. So long as good service was provided the previous year and there is no penalty levied by the Hajj Ministry 2. During Ramadan of each year, the company director goes to the Saudi Hajj Ministry and renews his license by submitting the following a. A letter of authority b. ATOL or IATA certificate c. Companies House certificate d. Bank statement proving business viability e. Accountants report with respect to tax status and position 3. The Saudi Hajj Ministry verifies all these documents and once fully approved gives the license holder a Munazzem card. This is the ID card giving authorisation for the company to bring Haji for that particular year 4. The company then pays various insurances and hotel owners and accumulates contracts for each 5. The Ministry ratifies these contracts and approves them 6. Once they are fully satisfied that all arrangements have been made properly they issue bar codes/stickers or Hajj visas for each person that the company has license to bring 7. Once back in the UK, the company applies the stages as in an Umrah visa from point 5 |
