Our reimbursement policy for Umrah bookings (those paid deposit and unable to travel due to COVID 19)
Anyone who has paid deposit towards Umrah bookings with us and were not able to travel will be offered a like for like package once Umrah reopens. Most airlines are offering future credit vouchers and our hotel supplier is also doing the same. Unless the airline or hotels change their policy we are unfortunately unable to give direct refunds.
